On arrival in Kenya in the morning hours, you will be welcomed and picked up by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and be driven north through fertile highlands rich with tea and coffee estates. Enjoy spectacular scenery as you approach the Aberdare ranges.

On arrival at the Aberdare National Park gates. Complete park entry formalities and proceed to your forest lodge which is known for overlooking salt licks and waterholes.

Enjoy lunch at your lodge, surrounded by thick forest and fresh mountain air.

After lunch, you will spend the rest of the afternoon observing wildlife from the viewing decks. Elephants, buffalos, giant forest hogs, hyenas, bushbuck, and occasionally leopards frequent the waterholes.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive. Venture deeper into the Aberdare forests as the mist clears.

In the forest zone, you will search for elephants, bushbuck, forest hogs, and rare primates such as black-and-white colobus monkeys and be driven through the dense bamboo belt—a favorite hangout for buffalos, duikers, and hyenas in the bamboo zone.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated viewpoint. In the moorland zone, you will ascend to the open moorlands with sweeping views, rugged terrain, and unique vegetation like giant lobelias and heathers.

Aberdare combines scenic beauty with exceptional wildlife encounters, including elephants, buffalos, leopards, giant forest hogs, and the rare bongo antelope.

After breakfast, set out for a waterfall-focused excursion. Aberdare National Park is famed for some of Kenya’s most impressive waterfalls.

Karuru Falls – Kenya’s tallest waterfall, dropping in three tiers, Gura Falls – one of the deepest and most dramatic and Chania Falls – accessible and perfect for photography.

At lunch time you will have a break for a picnic lunch. Enjoy the cool forest ambiance and bird songs. As you continue your game drive, you may spot more wildlife, including giant forest hogs, warthogs, and a variety of primates such as colobus monkeys and baboons.

Return to your lodge in the late afternoon, where you can relax with a sundowner before enjoying a cozy dinner by the fireplace.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Lake Nakuru National Park where you will have an evening game drive.

Lake Nakuru National Park has lots of fans, and you're sure to be one after you visit. Although the park is only minutes away from the busy town of Nakuru, it has an incredible wildlife offering. This includes large numbers of both black and white rhino, endangered Rothschild's giraffes, pink flamingos, and lions that climb trees.

This is one of only a handful of parks in Africa where you can see lions up in the branches. The view out over the lake from high on the escarpment is superb, while the lake itself is surrounded by acacia woodlands.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Masai Mara National Reserve.

On arrival, you will check into your lodge, have lunch and after, you go for an evening game drive.

The Maasai Mara Game Reserve offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe over 450 species of animals has been recorded here.

After breakfast, you will spend the whole day in the park  in search of its well-known predators and their opponents like zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos and other animal species.

It is the Maasai Mara National Reserve that perhaps has the most spectacular event of the natural world . This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeests and zebras from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture.

Optional activity: A balloon safari at USD 485 per person can be organized early in the morning on this day, then proceed with the normal program.

Visit Nairobi's Giraffe Centre and enjoy coming faceto-face with endangered Rothschild's giraffes. There's some serious conservation work going on here as well, with giraffes from here being translocated to support rare wild populations.

At the Giraffe Centre in Nairobi, visitors enjoy an upclose and educational experience with the endangered Rothschild giraffes while learning about wildlife conservation. The highlight of the visit is hand-feeding giraffes from an elevated wooden platform that’s at eye level with them.

On arrival in Tanzania in the morning hours, you will be welcomed and picked by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Kilimanjaro Airport and be transferred to Lake Manyara National Park.

On arrival, you will check into your lodge, have lunch and later, you head out for an evening game drive.

It's time to visit Lake Manyara National Park. This spectacular park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, forest-dwelling elephants and wandering baboons. It's a beautiful mix of forest, lake and the cliffs of the Rift Valley escarpment.

Lake Manyara is a world-class wildlife-viewing destination, and it offers you some really special safari experiences. For a start, it has one of the few lion populations in Africa which are known to climb trees.
It's also famous for its elephants, and it's not unusual to drive along a forest track only to have to stop suddenly to allow an elephant family to pass.

The setting is similarly superb, with the park's thin, but dense strip of
forest wedged between a bird-rich lake and the steep cliffs of the Rift Valley escarpment.

After breakfast, you will have an early morning game drive in Lake Manyara before being driven to Northern Serengeti National Park.

After the game drive, you will be transferred to Northern Serengeti National Park.

On arrival, you will check into your lodge and do some relaxing for the rest of the day. The Northern Serengeti stretches from the Seronera area up to the Mara River, which forms the border between Tanzania and Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve.

After breakfast, you will officially start your first day full drive in Northern Serengeti National Park.
