On arrival in Tanzania, you will be welcomed and picked up by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at  Kilimanjaro International Airport and be transferred to Lake Manyara National Park. On arrival, you will  go for an evening game drive.

Lake Manyara is one of the Tanzanian parks with the highest biodiversity, with five different ecosystems.

The park is inhabited by over 380 types of birds and many animal species including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, warthogs and many others.

After an early breakfast, you will be driven to Ngorongoro crater for game drive with packed lunches. You will go through the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands to the base of the Rift Valley Escarpment; a dramatic bluff nearly 2,000 ft high

On arrival, you will go for a game drive.

After the game drive, you will be transferred to Serengeti National Park. On arrival, you will check into your lodge and relax.

Meals and overnight at Kati Kati Tented Camp/ Africa Safari Maasai Boma Camping/ Sound Of Silence

After breakfast, you will have a full day in Serengeti National Park. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for that time of year.

We can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, and many more.

Optional activity: A balloon safari at USD 600 per person can be organized early in the morning on this day, then proceed with the normal program.

Serengeti National Park Tanzania’s oldest national park, renowned for the part it plays in the annual Great Migration, when an estimated three million antelope – mostly wildebeest – migrate to Kenya’s Maasai Mara Game Reserve.

This epic, seasonal journey is a deeply moving experience and a wonderful photographic subject. Here visitors to the park can roam its sprawling plains on exhilarating game drives or hop into a hot-air balloon ride for an once-in-a-lifetime wilderness adventure.

After an early breakfast drive to Isebania Tanzania - Kenya border with packed lunches. Meet our Kubwa Five Safaris Kenyan driver/guide, change safari car and immigration formalities and be driven to Maasai Mara  National Reserve.

The Maasai Mara National Reserve offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe over 450 species of animals has been recorded here.

On arrival in Maasai Mara, you will visit the local Maasai village for a cultural tour.

Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people. An overnight at the Maasai village can be organized upon request.

Meals and overnight at Miti Mingi Eco Camp/ Lenchada Tourist Camp/ Mara Crescent

After breakfast, you will spend the whole day in the park  in search of its well-known predators and their opponents like zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos and other animal species.

It is the Masai Mara National Reserve that perhaps has the most spectacular event of the natural world . This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeests and zebras from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture.

Optional activity: A balloon safari at USD 485 per person can be organized early in the morning on this day, then proceed with the normal program.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Nairobi for shopping, have lunch in town, then be driven to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your scheduled flight to Uganda.

On arrival in Uganda, you will be welcomed and picked by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to your hotel in Kampala.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Murchison Falls National Park.

On your way to Murchison Falls National Park, you will branch off to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking; this activity is truly one of a kind in Uganda, the pearl of Africa.

After the rhino tracking, you will be driven to Murchison Falls National Park.

Your first tourist attraction in the park is the top of the falls, which are the most powerful waterfalls in the whole world . It is a breathtaking experience that brings you very close to these magnificent falls, where the Nile forces its way through a gorge in the rocks and tumbles 43m below flowing westwards into Lake Albert.  The resulting mist from the turbulence often produces rainbows.

After seeing the top of the falls, if time allows, you will enjoy a hiking experience from the top to the bottom of the falls at a fee of 10 USD per person payable at the park and thereafter en-route to your lodge, go for a short evening game drive.

Meals and overnight at Leosim Hotel/ Red Chili Rest Camp/ Murchisons River Lodge

After breakfast, you will set off very early in the morning for a morning game drive. You will be able to see various animals like lions, leopards, giraffes, hippos, elephants among others.

Other activities in this game drive include bird watching and sightseeing across the open savannah, dotted woodland, and riverine vegetation along the Nile and Albert deltas.

After the morning game drive, you will go to the lodge to relax and have lunch.

After lunch, you will embark (between 2pm and 4pm) on a three-hour boat cruise on the Nile. This boat cruise offers an amazing view of the falls from the bottom. Hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the river.

In the evening, you will head out for an evening game drive

Meals and overnight at Leosim Hotel/ Red Chili Rest Camp/ Murchisons River Lodge

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kibale National park, driving Southwest through the Albertine Escarpment of the great Western Rift Valley. You will  have lunch on your way.

On arrival in Kibale National Park, you will be driven to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a community walk and cultural interaction. It is a fascinating area, located in Magombe swamp.

This area is recognized for an extensive array of biodiversity among which are several primates species like the red colobus monkeys, baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, blue monkey grey cheeked, mangabey, vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys and the L’Hoest monkeys. Additional mammals such as sitatungas, mongooses, bush pigs, otters plus bush bucks.

Meals and overnight at Kibale Forest Camp (Non-self contained tents)/ Kibale Forest Lodge / Kibale Eco Home.

After breakfast, you will head out with your guide and a packed lunch to the park head offices for a briefing about the do’s and don’ts of chimpanzee trekking. You will start early and take about two to six hours, depending on the location of the chimps.

After trekking, you will go back to your lodge and spend the entire evening relaxing.

The opportunity to see chimpanzees in the wild is one of the most memorable of all safari activities. Getting close to these creatures that share so much of our DNA is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and the excitement of walking through the forest and knowing that they are close will stay with you forever.

Meals and overnight at Kibale Forest Camp (Non-self contained tents) / Kibale Forest Lodge/ Kibale Eco Home.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home of the famous mountain gorillas. You will have lunch en route.

On arrival, you will check into your lodge and later in the evening,  you will head out for a community walk where you will visit the Batwa. This is an indigenous group of people that have lived in the forest for over 500,000 years. You will enjoy traditional dances and drama from them.

Meals and overnight at Gorilla Friends Resort Lodge/ Ruhija Gorilla Friends Resort/ Nshongi Camp

After breakfast, you will head out with your guide and a packed lunch to the park head offices for a briefing about the do’s and don’ts of gorilla trekking.

Afterwards, you will head out for gorilla trekking through the misty rain forest. Trekking lasts two to six hours, depending on the location of the gentle giants. Make sure you carry enough water, sturdy shoes, non-flash cameras, and rain jackets.
 

Spending time in the presence of mountain gorillas is a real privilege, so we are sure you will enjoy trekking deep into the forest to find them. This is one of the most memorable experiences you can have while on safari.

At the end of this long and exciting adventure, you will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi, which is a twisting water body, dotted with 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water.

On arrival at Lake Bunyonyi, you will check in at your lodge and relax for the rest of your day.

Meals and overnight at Paradise Eco Hub/ Bunyonyi Overland Resort/ Crater Bay Cottages and Camp

After breakfast, you will relax at your hotel until lunch time. Lake Bunyonyi is framed by lush, green-terraced hills that reach a height of (2,200 – 2,478m). It is the second deepest lake in Africa and it happens to be one of the few African lakes completely safe for swimming - there is no bilharzia.

After having your lunch, you will either continue relaxing at your lodge or head out to take part in the optional activities such as zip lining, ninja warrior challenge, canoeing and kayaking at a small fee payable at the lake.

After having a delightful breakfast, you will be driven to the airport. Along the way, you will have a stopover at the Equator in Masaka. You will be able to see where this imaginary line divides our planet into two equal hemispheres. Lunch, snacks, souvenirs and photographs may be taken here.

After lunch, you will then be transferred to the Entebbe International Airport for your scheduled flight back home.
