On arrival in Tanzania, you will be welcomed and picked up by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide, who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Kilimanjaro International Airport and be transferred to your hotel in Arusha.

You will check in and do some relaxing for the rest of the day to wear off the jet lag.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Tarangire National Park and you will have an evening game drive.

Explore one of Tanzania’s most rewarding national parks, a land of big baobab trees, big elephants and big cats. No wonder this ends up being the favorite park in Tanzania for many visitors. Sightings of
wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, baboons, vervet monkeys and zebras are also almost guaranteed.

Lions are plentiful here – Tarangire is home to one of Tanzania’s healthiest lion populations. While you’ll have to work a little harder to see a cheetah or leopard, it will only enhance your excitement when you do.

You can also look forward to classic safari scenery – savannah
plains, river woodlands and rocky hills.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Central Serengeti National Park and you will have an evening game drive.

When you explore the Central Serengeti, you’re enjoying one of the best wildlife destinations in northern Tanzania. Here you’ll find the big populations of wildlife for which the Serengeti is famous.

You’ll also have a good chance of seeing big cats. This area has plenty of northern Tanzania’s iconic acacia trees, as well as
seemingly endless Serengeti horizons.

Meals and overnight at Serengeti Taji House/ African Safari Serengeti/ Nyitika Lodge.

After breakfast, you will have a full day in Serengeti National Park. Our guides will choose the best spotting locations for that time of year.

We can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, and many more.

Optional activity: A balloon safari at USD 600 per person can be organized early in the morning on this day, then proceed with the normal program.

Serengeti National Park Tanzania’s oldest national park, renowned for the part it plays in the annual Great Migration, when an estimated three million antelope – mostly wildebeest – migrate to Kenya’s Maasai Mara Game Reserve.

This epic, seasonal journey is a deeply moving experience and a wonderful photographic subject. Here visitors to the park can roam its sprawling plains on exhilarating game drives or hop into a hot-air balloon ride for an once-in-a-lifetime wilderness adventure.

Meals and overnight at Serengeti Taji House/ African Safari Serengeti/ Nyitika Lodge.

After an early breakfast, you will be driven to Ngorongoro crater for game drive with packed lunches. You will go through the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands to the base of the Rift Valley Escarpment; a dramatic bluff nearly 2,000 ft high

On arrival, you will go for a game drive. After the game drive, you will head back to your lodge to relax for the rest of the day.

After an early morning breakfast, you will make your way to Lake Manyara National Park where you will go for a guided game drive.

With its five different ecosystems, Lake Manyara is one of the Tanzanian parks with the highest levels of biodiversity. It is inhabited by over 380 types of birds
and many mammal species, including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, and warthogs.

Lake Manyara is a wonderful place to spend a safari day. Your highlights for the day might include getting up-close-and-personal with the elephants that made
this park famous, lots of baboons, as well as one of few lion populations in Africa that spend much of their time in the trees. Between the forests at the foot of the
escarpment and the lake that gives the park its name, enjoy rich birdlife and the chance of seeing predator ambush their prey.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar. On arrival in Zanzibar, you will be welcomed and picked up by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide and then transferred to your hotel where you will relax for the rest of the day.

Zanzibar Island is a fascinating place to explore. The long, beautiful beaches that hem in this tropical Indian Ocean island are a big part of its appeal. Another highlight is the atmospheric old Stone Town, a time-warped knot of winding alleys that leads past some fine historic buildings and bustling spice-laden markets. Offshore, a series of fringing reefs and coral gardens offers wonderful snorkeling and diving too.

After breakfast, you will embark on touring Zanzibar Island for the whole day.

Morning at 9:00am, the Stone Town City Tour takes around the historical culture and architecturally important town of Zanzibar with a century history. It includes a visit to former slave market site, now stands as Anglican Church built in 1871, and town market tour. 

Zanzibar Stone Town is a spectacular place to visit. The island’s historical riches have produced stunning architecture, including houses built of coral and fine
museums. When you smell the spices in the markets or hear the Muslim call to prayer echo through the tangled streets, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back
centuries.

After, you will be driven to the Spice Farm Plantation to explore the spices.

Zanzibar is famous for its spices. Spice farming forms a major part of Zanzibar’s economy. The islands are sometimes referred to as the Spice Islands, due to the
cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper that are grown there.

Later in the afternoon, you will go for the Prison Island Boat Tour as you spend more time getting to know Zanzibar Island. You will also learn about the tragic slaving past and enjoy the tortoises on Changuu Island.

You will end your day with the Nakupenda Beach Experience.

Meals and airport at Tembo House Hotel / Kuti House Stone Town / Firefly Zanzibar.

After breakfast, you will be driven to the Northern part of Zanzibar Island.

On arrival, you can choose to either relax or participate in optional activities such as feeding sea turtles, water horseback riding, scuba diving and whale watching. All these are at a fee payable at the location.

Spend more time getting to know Zanzibar Island.

Meals and Overnight at Amaan Beach Bungalows / Diamond White Resort / Pineapple House.

After a delightful breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport for your scheduled flight back home.
